AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND PATRIOT INFOSEC SERVICES

This website is offered to you by Patriot Infosec Services, a Virginia based corporation (referred to as the "Russian Christian Singles") on the condition that you accept the terms, conditions, and notices contained on this page and on other pages of this website. You agree to subscribe and become a member through this membership agreement. You agree to read these terms, conditions and notices carefully before using the Russian Christian Singles website.   2. Post or otherwise transmit any communication or material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, disruptive to the site, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
  3. Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any communication transmitted through the website;
  4. Upload, post or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation except as otherwise expressly authorized by the Russian Christian Singles;
  5. Disrupt or interfere with the operation of the website or any servers or networks connected to the website service;
  6. Violate any applicable local, state, national or international law;
  7. Collect or store personal data about other users, except for the personal use with a purpose of initiating personal relations in accordance with the purpose of this website.

ACCESS RESTRICTION

Patriot Infosec Services reserves the right to refuse access to Russian Christian Singles website and/or delete a member account solely based on internal documents that may prove one or any combination of the reason(s) listed below:

  2. Any incomplete application or purposely altered data.

Patriot Infosec Services may choose not to disclose to the member the reason(s) for a termination of the account.

REFUNDS AND CHARGE BACKS

We do not offer "money back" or "satisfaction guaranteed" or any other kind of guarantees whatsoever.
You agree not resort to any charge backs through your credit card. You agree that if you attempted to resort to any charge back through your credit card, it will constitute a valid ground for denying you membership in the future.
The follow conditions establish valid grounds for you to request partial prorated refund:

  • Announced closure of this website;
  • Downtime of the website for more than 8 hours per month.
If your paid membership is not expired when one of the two above conditions occurs, and if your membership was terminated not for any of the reasons listed above in the "ACCESS RESTRICTION" section, you will receive prorated refund for any days unused, exept for the memberships received for free for promotional, or any other reasons.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold the Russian Christian Singles harmless from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) which arise out of, are connected with or directly relate to your wrongful or unlawful use of this website or any breach of any representation or warranty made by you in this Agreement.

USE OF MESSAGES
