| Question 2 | I have registered, but I can't log in, even though I do use copy-n-paste or whatever I should.... What is the problem? |

There can be a couple of reasons for that: 1. Your password has a dot, comma, semi-colon, brace or some other unusual for password character which you have ignored so far... Please try to enter your password as-is, including all signs/characters. 2. Do you type in any other language other than English? May be you have forgotten to switch the keyboard layout back to English? 3. How about the Caps? The Caps Lock should be off. 4. Try to type your password somewhere else - in MS Word or Notepad for example. Does your typing produce what you expect it to? If so, now copy-n-paste it into the Password field on the login page. |

Copy-n-paste is short for Copy and Paste. Copy-n-paste can save you hours of tedious typing and will prevent you from making typing mistakes when entering User names, passwords, or other important information. It is very easy to use. For example, if right now you read this in one window of your web browser, and you have your e-mail opened in another windows (browser or e-mail client app), you can follow this procedure to enter your password into the Password field on our login page: Step 1: click here to open the login page in a new window; Step 2: at the bottom of the screen click the browser window titled "Member Support Area"; Step 3: move the cursor of your mouse to begining of your password in the e-mail you received from us; Step 4: press left button of your mouse; Step 5: keep holding it in pressed-down position and move cursor to the right until the end of your password; Step 6: release the mouse button; Step 7: your password should be highlighted now; Step 8: now hit two keyboard keys simulteneuosly - Ctrl and C; Step 9: you have just copied your password to the computer's memory; Step 10: at the bottom of the screen click on the browser window titled "Member Login Area"; Step 11: click into the Password field on the login form; Step 12: now hit two keyboard keys simulteneuosly - Ctrl and V. If You followed these instructions promptly, you password should be copied into the Password field now. you won't see it - instead you should see asterics in place of letters. |
